Dealflow is provided as an informational platform. All deal data is sourced from publicly available filings, press releases, and financial news. Nothing on Dealflow constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Always verify deal terms through primary sources before acting on them.
Data accuracy
Deal records are extracted by AI from public sources and assigned a data quality score. While we take care to surface accurate information, AI extraction is imperfect and deal details may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrectly attributed. Use Dealflow as a starting point for research, not as a definitive source.
Platform availability
Dealflow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted access or that all data will be current. The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable without notice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to scrape the site at industrial volume, abuse the API, or use the data to re-publish a competing aggregation product. The deal data is sourced from public filings and is itself public, but excessive automated traffic will be blocked.
