Open access — no account required
Dealflow is an open-access tool. There is no sign-in, no user account, and no personal data collected from visitors. You can browse all deal data, run searches, and generate briefs without identifying yourself in any way.
What gets logged
Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, request path, timestamp) are kept short-term for security and debugging. These logs are not joined to any identity and are not shared with third parties.
Cookies
Dealflow does not set authentication cookies (there is no auth). No third-party tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies are set.
Deal data sources
All deal data shown on Dealflow is sourced from publicly available filings, press releases, and financial news. Nothing on the site is private user data — it is structured information extracted from public sources.
